This Tea is combined with organic fennel, organic honeybush, organic marshmallow leaf and root, spearmint, fenugreek, lemongrass and sunflower petals to boost that breastmilk supply and to keep it boosted over time. Start with 2 cups a day for 2 days and increase as needed. You can re-steep this tea, so don’t throw it out after that 1st cup.
